Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind.

Return Conditions

The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging. Otherwise, it cannot be refunded and will be sent back to you.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Let us know on the return form. Your exchange is shipped as soon as we receive your parcel, subject to stock availability.

Procedure

Fill out the return form available here, or email us at contact@maisonoza.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with the next steps.

Return Costs

At your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund

Within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return, to your original payment method.
