All orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 72 business hours. This timeframe may be slightly longer during periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery times

• France: 3 to 5 business days after shipment
• Europe: 5 to 8 business days after shipment
  
• Canada: 10 to 12 business days after shipping

 

Shipping costs

Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. Pickup point delivery is free from €130 of purchase in France.

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the order price or in the shipping fees charged by MAISON OZA.
