Terms of sale
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms") govern all sales made on maisonoza.com, published by MAISON OZA. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
1. Products
Described with the greatest care. Photos are not contractually binding and may differ slightly depending on your screen. Catalogue and stock may change without notice.
2. Price
In euros, VAT not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code). The price applied is the one displayed at the time of your order. Shipping costs are additional and shown at checkout.
3. Order
Confirmed once payment is validated, with a summary email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details. We may cancel an order in case of fraud, pricing error, or unavailability, with a full refund.
4. Payment
Due immediately, secured via Shopify Payments. No banking data is stored on our end.
5. Delivery
Shipped within 24 to 72 hours after payment (this timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand). Full rates and timeframes: Shipping Policy. A tracking email is sent as soon as your order ships.
6. Right of Withdrawal
14 days from receipt to change your mind, no justification required. Details: Return Policy.
7. Legal Warranties

8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We accept no liability for indirect damages related to a site interruption.
9. Force Majeure
We cannot be held liable for any unforeseeable event beyond our control (natural disaster, strike, cyberattack, etc.).

All content on the site belongs to MAISON OZA. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.

12. Disputes
